Overland & Charter Groups

There are 9 Overland (OVL) sites available at Fiddlers Creek designed for the Overland Industry. Each site has ample parking for your Truck, ergonomically designed to allow easy access to the truck and packing facilities from within your site.

Each has a large braai area suitable for catering for large groups (20 +), enough grassed area for numerous tents and large kitchen space for meal preparation.
With Fiddlers Creek being only 150Km away from the Fish River Canyon, North bound trips can easily leave Fiddlers only after lunch time, thus allowing their pax sufficient time to do a Half Day Rafting trip.

Adam and Maude (owners of Bushwhacked) were both Overland guides in the 90’s and have built their overland sites with their own experiences in mind. With our themed Bush Pub, Bozbe-ok, Fiddlers Creek has also become a popular destination with overland guides to organise themed evenings.

Bushwhacked is also keen to operate as a satellite “operations” office for certain Overland companies, thus enabling these companies to forward work visas to their guides, offering logistical support and sharing advice and support for those unique “issues” that can only happen in Africa.
